QUIT SATURDAY

Well today sure is quit.  I got up at 8:00 am and took the Lily and Lola on a 1 mile walk.  Too funny those little girls do such a good job.  Little legs you know.  But it really is a good start to our day.  Fed the dogs and had coffee and toast.  Then cleaned out the car and took the old bed spread off the middle bed room and put it down in the back of the car for the girls to ride on.  Also their carrier is in their.  I seat belt it in.  I then groomed their faces and bottoms...lol... and brushed them really good.  They look beautiful.  

Going to make a teriyaki pork roast with my new roast I bought last month.  Not sure yet what I am going to have with it.  I am trying not to eat so many carbs.  So we shall see how good my resistance is.  I am weight about 162 pounds at this time hoping to lose about 10 pound by Christmas.  Got to do a lot of praying on this one.  Speaking of praying, I already said some prayers this morning but I am hoping to say my rosary this afternoon.  Can never forget who makes this wonderful life possible.  Without him I am nothing.  Have a good day all .  Hope to post pictures of my Roast.... maybe if it turns out ok.  

A HARD DAYS NIGHT.

Well today is Sunday February 9th, 2014.  I have never blogged before and don't know why anyone would want to follow my blog.  But here goes.  

Snowing lightly outside this morning.  I secretively love winter.  Shhh... don't want to say that to loud.  Only God could paint such glorious landscapes.  Today looks like we are in a snow globe.  Quiet, soft, snow falling.  

I couldn't sleep last night.  So I put a roast beef in the crock pot with onions and carrots, at 1:00 am I will post pictures of my roast when it is finished.  Then got on the computer for a while.  Ended up going into bed at 3:30 am but the last time I looked at the clock it was 4:10 am.  So only about 4 hours sleep.  So today is going to be a long day.  I think Saturday ran into Sunday.

I really feel bad, I did not go to church.  My hubby Terry is sick with a really bad cold.  And I was up almost all night so I hope the Lord forgives.  

My Lily and Lola are such sweet souls.  Those are my two shih tzu.  They give me much joy.  But they had NO trouble sleeping through my long days night.  Wouldn't you think they should be up keeping me company?  They were like little bugs in a rug.  All warm and cozy.
